Privacy Policy
Vybbzz and the W3XO product catalog are designed to help people connect, participate and reserve launch products without turning personal data into the product. This policy describes the limited information used by the Kolkata MVP.

When you join early access, we collect the name, email, city, role and interests you provide. A W3XO or MAXHAX request can include your full name, email, phone, city, selected product and format, quantity, life-stage band, campus, university or workplace, contact preference, fulfilment brief and consent. If you enter Vybbzz OS or save a private Bureau draft, ChatGPT sign-in supplies your authenticated email and optional display name. A saved Bureau draft contains its title, selected template and the document fields you choose to store; it is linked to your authenticated email so only your account can retrieve it. Your VYB ID can include a handle, city, college, cultural role, interests and community-channel preference. We also record actions you choose, such as RSVPs, circle joins, creator follows, saved drops, W3XO product activations and campus applications. Anonymous public pulse voting uses a random device identifier to reduce repeat voting.
Why we use it
We use MVP data to operate VYB IDs, remember selected member actions, manage invitations, review submissions and campus applications, evaluate and fulfil W3XO reservations, contact you through your chosen channel, improve city categories, prevent abuse and communicate material launch updates. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party behavioural advertising.
Storage and retention
Information is stored in the site’s managed database. Member profiles, private Bureau drafts, selected actions, applications, W3XO reservations and moderation records are retained only while useful for membership, fulfilment, launch, safety, legal or operational needs. You can delete a Bureau draft from its private vault. Short-lived, one-way network markers may be used to limit automated abuse without retaining a raw address in the rate-limit record. You may ask for correction or deletion.
Sharing and safety
We share information only with service providers needed to operate Vybbzz and fulfil W3XO products, with the QHDM team responsible for the product, or when legally required. Submitted listing details may become public after review, but contact details, private product briefs and Bureau drafts are not published by default. The Bureau MVP has no public draft-sharing route.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from updates and request access, correction or deletion through the contact route shown in our communications. Signing out ends the ChatGPT-authenticated session; it does not automatically delete a VYB ID or reservation. MAXHAX Alpha Lab does not accept direct minor registrations in this MVP. No card or bank data is collected; payment terms and any payment provider disclosures will be shown before payment is enabled.
